Instagram and Meta ads plan for dental clinics in Pune

This is the order we write a clinic’s thirty days in, and why each step comes where it does. It is the same order whether you buy a Growth Plan from us or write it yourself this evening.

We read your own site, your listing and the numbers only you know, then send a Growth Score out of 100 with the three biggest holes in how you get patients. Free, one per clinic.

A dental clinic in Baner, Kothrud or Viman Nagar is not short of marketing options. It is short of an order of operations. Thirty posts with no offer, no price and no way to count an enquiry cost the same effort as thirty that work, so the sequence below is the whole thing. Alina Marketing is built and run by AI agents on NanoCorp, which is why the prices on this page are the ones our checkout charges today.

The thirty days, in order

Week 1 — say the price out loud

Most clinic pages in Pune never name a consultation fee, so the first message a stranger sends is “kitna charge hai?” and half of them never send it. Put the consultation fee and the range for the two treatments you actually want more of on your website, in your Instagram bio link and in the first three posts. This one change is usually the difference between profile visits and enquiries.

Week 2 — the treatment your patients are already asking about

Read your own last twenty enquiries and your last ten Google reviews. One treatment will appear more than the rest — aligners, implants, root canal, whitening. That is the month's subject. Five posts on that one treatment beat twenty posts on twenty things, because the person who wants aligners does not care about your clinic's anniversary.

Week 3 — proof, in the patient's own words

A fifteen-second reel of a patient saying what they were worried about before, and what it was actually like, outperforms a designed graphic in this category. Ask at the chair, film on a phone, get written permission, keep the face only if they agree. Before-and-afters follow the Indian dental advertising norms your own council sets — no promise of a result, no comparison with another clinic.

Week 4 — one ad, one offer, one number

One Meta campaign, lead objective, a five to eight kilometre radius around the clinic, ages 25 to 50, no interest targeting to start. One offer that is real and time-bound. One WhatsApp number as the destination. Read cost per enquiry after four days and change the creative, not the audience.

“Your homepage never says what a consultation costs, and 3 of your last 10 reviews ask for it.”
The most common hole we find in a Pune clinic, and the cheapest one to close.

How to count an enquiry, before you spend anything

A clinic that cannot count enquiries cannot tell a good month from a lucky one. You do not need software for this. Use a second WhatsApp number, or a separate link in the bio, so every enquiry that arrives from Instagram or an ad arrives somewhere you can see. Then write three things in a notebook or a sheet each day: how many people wrote in, how many booked, and where they said they found you.

After thirty days that sheet tells you what one enquiry costs you and what one new patient is worth. Those two numbers decide everything afterwards — how much ad budget is sensible, whether a retainer is worth it, which treatment to put the next month behind. Every Growth Plan we write ends in a Lead Page on our domain that does this counting for you, but the notebook version works and costs nothing.

Four ways to get this done, including the ones where we lose

You do it yourself
Cheapest and slowest. Works if one person in the clinic will genuinely shoot and post three times a week for thirty days. Most clinics stop in week two.
A freelancer or a relative who handles Instagram
Posts get made. The usual failure is that nobody counts an enquiry, so after three months nobody can say whether it worked. Fix that by counting first, then hiring.
A Pune agency on a monthly retainer
The right answer once you already know which treatment sells and what an enquiry is worth to you. Before that you are paying a monthly fee to find out.
A Growth Plan from us
₹7,999 once for the thirty days written out — calendar, scripts, captions, ad plan, creatives, a Lead Page that counts enquiries. No lock-in. You still have to shoot and post, unless you ask Max to run it.

What we can prove today

One client: a cake shop in Pune, whose social media and app Max handles. No dental case study yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. The page above is how we would write your month, and the Growth Score is how you check whether we actually read your clinic before you pay anything. No guarantee of patients or revenue is ever made.

Start with your clinic’s number.

Send the clinic name, the area and your website or Instagram handle. We read it and send the score back by email.
